Panel-Brite, Inc. strives to provide quality products to our customers.

As a direct sales organization for LITEMAX Electronics, Panel-Brite, Inc. adheres to Litemax's RMA conditions and rules and all Litemax products fall under their warranty. LITEMAX warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. The warranty is effective from the date the product ships from LITEMAX:
The Warranty Period of All of LITEMAX Products is One Year

If the product has been proved defective within the applicable warranty period, LITEMAX will provide repair or replacement of the product. LITEMAX shall have the sole discretion whether to repair or replace, and the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. Replacement product shall be of equivalent or with better specifications, compared to the defective product, but not necessarily to be identical. All products and parts repaired or replaced by LITEMAX pursuant to this warranty shall follow original and remain warranty period. When LITEMAX provides replacement, the defective product becomes the property of LITEMAX.

Warranty service may be rendered and requested by contacting the authorized dealers of LITEMAX or LITEMAX ELECTRONICS INC. within the applicable warranty period, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided along with the request form.

After the RMA Number is issued, the defective product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package. The package must be mailed or otherwise shipped to LITEMAX Headquarter in Taiwan with all costs of mailing/shipping/insurance prepaid by the customer.

Any package returned to LITEMAX without an RMA number will be rejected and shipped back to Purchaser at Purchaser's expense, and LITEMAX reserves the right in such a case to levy a reasonable handling charge in addition to mailing
